There is nothing in the NSPIRE standards for missing caulking or grout unless it results in a bathtub that is not usable or has visible damage or if the damage results in subfloor damage. In accordance with the general direction of NSPIRE, this would be considered a minor condition and appearance issue.

There is nothing here about missing grout and caulking? A good example would be no caulk at flooring where it meet s the tub? fail or pass with comment? This goes for any flooring anywhere where water is present or potential to leak.
